Sub-processors

Polca uses the following sub-processors to operate the Service (both the Polca and LifePros editions). Each is bound to confidentiality and to processing limited to providing services to Polca, under the commitments in our Data Processing Addendum. We give Agencies at least 15 days' notice of additions or replacements (DPA Section 5) via account owner email.

Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. · Agency billing data only (no Consumer data) · United States · since June 2026
Cloud infrastructure and managed database hosting · Service data at rest and in processing · United States · since June 2026
Telephony carrier and caller identity registrar · SHAKEN attested call delivery, number provisioning, branded caller identity registration · phone numbers and call signaling/audio in transit · United States · since June 2026
AI speech and language providers · transcription, speech synthesis, and conversation processing during live call handling · call audio and transcript content during processing · United States · since August 2026

Current sub-processor identities are available to customers and prospective customers with a legitimate security, privacy, or procurement need, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations: privacy@polca.ai.

Change notifications

Material changes to this list are emailed to Agency account owners at least 15 days in advance; Agencies may object on reasonable data protection grounds per DPA Section 5. Questions: privacy@polca.ai.
